Highly consistent concept of plastic recycling will allow IUCN and GREENMAX to cooperate well

The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), the center for Supporting Green Development and PRO Vietnam have donated 54 ‘green houses’ (dust bins made from reform plastic), and waste classification tools to Hoi An City’s Women’s Union to boost recycling and zero plastic waste in the community.

These trash cans are mainly made of some low-value recycled materials, such as plastic bags, disposable straws, polystyrene foam containers, polystyrene buoys, etc. Continuing to recycle plastics by making them into trash cans, IUCN aims to infinitely recycle these waste plastics, including polystyrene. All because the local plastic pollution is so bad. In Hoi An, a tourism hub in central Vietnam, 30% of daily collected waste (about 110 tonnes) is low-value plastic waste (single-use cups and straws, milk boxes, and polystyrene food packages).

With the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, the Local Solution for Plastic Pollution, sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development. The ‘green houses’ program has been implemented within the scope of marine plastics and coastal communities. It can be seen that the United States attaches great importance to the recycling of plastics, especially polystyrene. There is also organized fundraising in the United States to buy polystyrene recycling machines! Therefore, polystyrene densifiers gradually entered people's sight.

There are many polystyrene densifier brands available on the market. Among them, GREENMAX is a well-known brand in the United States. The company specializes in polystyrene recycling and designing and manufacturing polystyrene recycling equipment, and has extensive experience in the field of polystyrene recycling.

Of course, GREENMAX recycling equipment is not limited to polystyrene densifiers. Polystyrene densifier has the highest compression rate among all recycling equipment. It can compress polystyrene to one-ninetieth of its original volume through hot-melt technology, which means that the warehouse 5s will be greatly improved, and the transportation cost and labor cost in the recycling process will also be greatly reduced.

The most important point is that the recycling concepts of GRENNMAX and IUCN are completely in line with each other. Both of them respect waste utilization and the status of reuse is no less than recycling. The use of compressed polystyrene is an important part of the GREENMAX polystyrene recycling system, waste polystyrene has become the environmentally friendly frames in the GREENMAX factory after a series of operations. If IUCN is willing to join this closed-loop polystyrene recycling system, the recycling effect will be more significant!
